Background and Overview

I developed a series of e-learning courses for a Train-the-Trainer program. The focus of those courses are how to facilitate learner-centered, engaging, and effective training sessions. This video is an intro built before the e-learning sessions. The goal is to tune into the topic,  recall learners' prior knowledge, and inspire them to reflect on how they can better support learning.
