Project Overview

The project goal is for sales managers to gain confidence and strategies to provide meaningful feedback with a growth mindset. The intended outcome is to foster a culture of open communication, boost team motivation and engagement, and ultimately reach higher business productivity and achievement. 

I wrote a script for a 3-minutes video to introduce the concept of a growth mindset and how it benefits people. The video showcases three strategies using the growth mindset approach with examples. I used Vyond to create the animations. I utilize the WellSaid Lab  AI voice generation tool to create the voiceover.
